Ajay Kumar – Author, Founder & CEO of Coinshell Exclusive Interview

TheCconnects: Can you tell our readers a little about your professional journey & how did you come to your current role/position?

Ajay Kumar: My professional journey has been an interesting one. I started off as an engineer but then took a lateral shift towards becoming an author and then an entrepreneur. Through my connections in the startup ecosystem, I realized the need for a business solution platform that could provide a single window solution for startups, from formation to funding. That’s how I came up with COINSHELL.in.

TheCconnects: Who has influenced you the most in life and why?

Ajay Kumar: While there have been many people who have influenced me in life, I believe my failures have taught me the most valuable lessons. Each failure has helped me grow as a person and a professional.

TheCconnects: What are the biggest challenges you have faced in your life & how did you overcome them?

Ajay Kumar: The biggest challenge I have faced is dealing with people’s mindset. Many people still view business as a luxury or a waste of time. Overcoming this challenge requires a lot of patience and persistence, but I believe in the importance of developing solutions that make life easier for others.

TheCconnects: What lessons you have learned from your professional career?

Ajay Kumar: The biggest lesson I have learned from my professional career is the importance of personal career development. When we take our work seriously and approach it with a sense of personal ownership, we are more likely to achieve success.

TheCconnects: What do you see as the biggest challenge for brands in the digital space?

Ajay Kumar: The biggest challenge for brands in the digital space is understanding the emotional needs of their customers. It’s not just about pushing advertisements, but about understanding the problems that customers face and developing solutions that address those needs.

TheCconnects: How your product/solution can help to resolve the pain points of your customers?

Ajay Kumar: Coinshell doesn’t believe in selling packages to customers , we first identify the need of customers by listening them. Since we have more of human interaction in place of automated calls and emails , we build a long term relation with clients.

We at COINSHELL make it possible for startups investing their time with us to learn the in and out of business financing and make them eligible for funding in the mean time as well.

We at COINSHELL are time flexible for support of customers with silent converstation approach, where a customer can get answers for his basic queries on whatsapp itself.

TheCconnects: What do you do in your free time?

Ajay Kumar: As an entrepreneur, I don’t have much free time. However, when I do get a chance, I like to engage in spiritual practices to help me find balance and calm in a fast-paced world.

TheCconnects: Do you have any advice for those who want to become a chief … officer?

Ajay Kumar: My advice to those who want to become a chief officer is to stay true to yourself and your vision. Focus on what you want to achieve and don’t be afraid to take risks to get there. Remember that success is not just about what others want you to do, but about what you want for yourself.
