TheCconnects: Can you tell our readers a little about your professional journey & how did you come to your current role/position?
Ashok Kumar: I had overcome a lot of things to come to this position. Now, happy to say that being in a great position provides ways for people to reach their goals in their lives. Normally, Many companies think only about earning money rather than providing quality service to the people in their way. I have learned many things in life either in my professional or personal though. My practical and theoretical experiences made me think about what to do exactly in the professional system. In view of all those scenarios, came to this position and now am very happy in my life.
TheCconnects: Who has influenced you the most in life and why?
Ashok Kumar: There are few people who really tried to influence me in different ways and in different manners. Some people in my professional life I can say my higher officials like my MD/Senior Manager and principal secretary who worked previously in the Institution/University Mr. Prabhakar. Also, certain team members who worked very closely with me in my previous organizations which I have worked out.
TheCconnects: What are the biggest challenges you have faced in your life & how did you overcome them?
Ashok Kumar: First and foremost, I can say that I have a very brave nature in helping people in different ways. Likewise, doing certain things that are really unbelievable in my life is why I have done it. Years ago, I kept doing it for most of them, whoever knocks on the door. But, after a certain time when I realized by knowing the facts of the people’s minds, from then I started keeping them far away from me. It took me several years to get to realize the things that had happened, how it has happened, and why it happens. Fortunately, nothing severeness happened by keeping them far away.
TheCconnects: What lessons you have learned from your professional career?
Ashok Kumar: I have learned many lessons from many kinds of people in different methods. First and foremost are trust and worthiness. Normally, people like me will take a decision at the right time about a good thing to do. Meeting with different mentality people will make us learn certain things which are mostly applicable in our lives and should leave few things which are unnecessary.
TheCconnects: What do you see as the biggest challenge for brands in the digital space?
Ashok Kumar: The biggest challenge for a brand is can say it is “Trustworthy”. I believe most people will follow the right persons in their lives where they can achieve something which they want to do so. Never try to lay down anybody. If you know anything and if you want to share it with people around you, then please share it, they feel happy to be with you. But never tell lies to anybody, no matter what.
TheCconnects: How your product/solution can help to resolve the pain points of your customers?
Ashok Kumar: It’s not that easy to resolve the pain of the customers, I would say there are some kinds of customers, which we can’t able to understand their methodology of business, and also they will not have a proper idea of what exactly they want from a company. Just say what comes up in their mind just like that. Understanding the scenarios and providing solutions for them will make us create new things with better solutions.
TheCconnects: Do you have any advice for those who want to become a chief executive officer?
Ashok Kumar: The only thing is “Always be positive in what you do. Help people in their work. They will cherish you for the rest of your life and themselves.
