Ayush Sharma is the CEO and founder of Namaste Technology website designing company in India – a web and software development company offering designing and development services at reasonable prices to help other businesses flourish. Starting from a middle-class family, Ayush’s journey to entrepreneurship is quite remarkable. TheCconnects: Can you tell our readers a little about your journey from middle class to owner web and software development company?

Ayush Sharma: My journey to becoming the founder and CEO of Namaste Technology began in my hometown Meerut, India. Growing up in a middle-class family, I was always aware of the need to work hard to achieve my dreams. I was lucky enough to have the support of my parents to pursue my passion for computers and technology. After completing my B.Tech in 2013, I joined a small software development company. Over time, I developed a strong portfolio of projects and clients, and began earning a comfortable income. I soon realized that I had the skills and resources to start my own company, and that’s when I decided to make the leap and eventually worked my way up to becoming the CEO of Namaste Technology.

TheCconnects: What are the biggest challenges you have faced in your life & how did you overcome them?

Ayush Sharma: One of the biggest challenges I faced was finding the right people to build my team. I had to look for people who shared my vision and continue to work hard to make it a reality. I was also faced with the challenge of competing with larger, more established companies in the industry. To overcome these challenges, I decided to focus on providing my customers with personalized services and creating innovative solutions to meet their needs.

Ayush Sharma: The biggest lesson I have learned from my professional career is to never give up. I have faced many challenges in my career, but I have always kept my focus on achieving my goals. Throughout my professional career, I have had the opportunity to learn many important lessons. One of the most important lessons I have learned is the power of collaboration. Working with colleagues and peers has enabled me to expand my knowledge, develop new ideas and gain valuable insights.

Additionally, I have learned the importance of resilience and maintaining a positive attitude. Even in challenging times, staying motivated and optimistic can help to achieve success. Further, I have learned the importance of effective communication. Building strong relationships with my team members and colleagues has been invaluable in helping to convey information, ensure understanding and work efficiently. Finally, I have learned the importance of lifelong learning. Constantly striving to improve and gain new skills and knowledge has been essential for my professional growth and development

Ayush Sharma: One of the biggest challenges for brands in the digital space is the need to stay ahead of rapidly evolving trends and technologies. Additionally, brands must ensure that their digital presence is optimized and tailored to the specific needs of their target audience.
