TheCconnects: Can you tell our readers a little about your professional journey & how did you come to your current role/position?

Sageer Yousf Pandith: After joining the IT company, I had the notion to launch my own startup, as I have an IT experience. I learned a lot of new things when I spoke with the CEO of the business, and this inspired me to found my own business, Sourch Technologies.

TheCconnects: Who has influenced you the most in life and why?

Sageer Yousf Pandith: I was influenced by the CEO of the business that initially recruited me. My lone employer throughout my whole career had a very positive impact on my life.

TheCconnects: What are the biggest challenges you have faced in your life & how did you overcome them?

Sageer Yousf Pandith: Starting in school, continuing through college, and continuing now as I manage my business, I have faced many difficulties. As trials are what really mold you, they are what ultimately mold you into the person you need to be.

TheCconnects: What lessons you have learned from your professional career?

Sageer Yousf Pandith: I’ve gained a lot of knowledge from my professional life, some of which include treating everyone with respect, being patient, and avoiding wasting time on things and people who drain your energy without giving anything in return. And the majority of the time, it’s saying no when you don’t want to.

TheCconnects: What do you see as the biggest challenge for brands in the digital space?

Sageer Yousf Pandith: Missing out on marketing opportunities and spending more money than necessary when it may be done for less. Low client retention; mainly interested in gaining new clients.

TheCconnects: How your product/solution can help to resolve the pain points of your customers?

Sageer Yousf Pandith: We provide top-notch services, and we make sure the client on whose project we are working is aware of every aspect. Our underlying principles are genuine. We never intentionally give our clients false information in an effort to increase our bottom line; instead, we work hard to build lasting relationships with them.

TheCconnects: What do you do in your free time?

Sageer Yousf Pandith: During my free time, I like to read books and write. I also write short tales and poetry.

TheCconnects: Do you have any advice for those who want to become a chief executive officer?

Sageer Yousf Pandith: Do a lot of reading and be able to make decisions. Your life’s path will be determined by a good decision made at the correct time. Always attempt to think things through before making assumptions.

Last but not least, don’t knock down someone who is attempting to stand up.
