Job Description:

As an Inside Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, nurturing relationships with potential clients, and contributing to revenue growth. This role is pivotal in identifying customer needs and presenting tailored cybersecurity solutions that address those challenges.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Identify and reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Understand client requirements and present suitable cybersecurity products and services.
  • Follow up on inbound leads and inquiries generated via marketing campaigns or partner channels.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to educate prospects.
  • Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to tailor messaging and proposals.
  • Schedule and coordinate product demos and meetings for senior sales or technical consultants.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM and generate regular sales reports.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in Inside Sales or Lead Generation, preferably in the tech or cybersecurity space.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus.
  • Understanding of cybersecurity solutions and services is highly desirable (training will be provided).
