TheCconnects: Can you tell our readers a little about your professional journey & how did you come to your current role/position?
Hargun Singh Sandhu: I began my journey as I just became an upperclassman in high school and worked at our family businesses of the 208 Fuel Plaza Exxon and Marathon convenient store gas stations aside from the sports and extracurricular activities I was involved with.
As a big automobile enthusiast, I found enjoyment in switching between my daily driver vehicle and customizing them to both add style along with enhance their performance without reducing their levels of reliability, therefore those customizations raised their market values higher than the amount I spent which put me in the position of earning revenue from selling them to switch over to a different used vehicle.
TheCconnects: Who has influenced you the most in life and why?
Hargun Singh Sandhu: My father has been and still plays the largest and most powerful influence in my life because he’s so supportive, he always works his hardest and doesn’t give up until after he has achieved his goal(s). Then he moves on to whichever goals he’s interested in achieving, regardless of whether or not they’re necessities.
TheCconnects: What are the biggest challenges you have faced in your life & how did you overcome them?
Hargun Singh Sandhu: The largest challenges I have faced that still exist are the difficulties of being an amputee with a traumatic brain injury, mainly because I still had 3 years remaining to earn my bachelor’s degree from The Ohio State University
TheCconnects: What lessons have you learned from your professional career?
Hargun Singh Sandhu: I’ve learned the lessons (mainly taught to me by my father), that you should never give up, regardless of how tough things are or what you may or may not have, without being dependent on receiving any assistance from others. They’re mainly still existent today because my disabilities are far from being temporary along with the lesson that you should never permit any competitors in the same industry to bring you down or decrease your level of effort put forth to succeed.
TheCconnects: What do you see as the biggest challenge for brands in the digital space?
Hargun Singh Sandhu: I see the biggest challenges for brands in the digital space as the facts that there are epic advancements that get developed almost every day and they’re located everywhere
TheCconnects: How your product/solution can help to resolve the pain points of your customers?
Hargun Singh Sandhu: My products sold to customers can help resolve their pain points when purchasing used vehicles because my mechanic and I always do our absolute best to ensure that they’re entirely issue-free and won’t receive any issues for a long time before I put them on the market, making them available to be purchased by potential buyers. Therefore, such a method removes a lot of their hesitance and worries before selecting which vehicle they believe best fits them for their next ride.
TheCconnects: Do you have any advice for those who want to become a chief executive officer?
Hargun Singh Sandhu: I’ve yet to develop any advice for anyone interested in becoming a chief officer because I haven’t gained any experience being one yet.
