TheCconnects: Tell us about your professional journey and how you came to your current role.

Thotla Vineel: PRIZMABRIXX began its journey as a bootstrapped venture in October 2018, pioneering the concept of VR walkthroughs for real estate properties with minimal resources. Initially facing challenges with cartoonish visuals, we iterated and improved our proof of concept (POC) to develop realistic VR walkthroughs by mid-2019. Despite initial hurdles, we persevered, incorporating valuable feedback from the market. The onset of the COVID-19 pandemic provided us with an opportune moment to refine our product further. Post-pandemic, recognizing the limitations in scalability, we pivoted towards offering virtual staging solutions, which revolutionized the real estate sector. Since then, we’ve continually enhanced our offerings, introducing innovative features to streamline property showcasing and empower real estate companies.

TheCconnects: Who has been the most influential person in your life, and why?

    Thotla Vineel: Undoubtedly, my family has been the cornerstone of my journey. Serving as investors, mentors, and unwavering supporters, they’ve been pivotal at every stage of my entrepreneurial pursuit. Additionally, the cohesive bond within the PRIZMABRIXX team mirrors the familial support and camaraderie, further driving our collective success.

    TheCconnects: What were the biggest challenges you’ve faced, and how did you overcome them?

      Thotla Vineel: Trust emerged as a significant challenge in our journey, notably highlighted by a betrayal from an organization we partnered with. Despite facing the abrupt acquisition of our business and talent, we leveraged our team’s skills and agile mindset to bounce back stronger. Recognizing the importance of empowering our employees with critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, we repositioned ourselves, ultimately reclaiming our foothold in the market through resilience and hard work.

While well-funded brands wield considerable influence, non-branded entities face an uphill battle in establishing credibility and visibility. In an era dominated by first impressions, overcoming these barriers requires concerted effort and strategic differentiation.

            Thotla Vineel: Our product revolutionizes the real estate market by offering a comprehensive property management tool tailored to builders’ needs. Through virtual staging and real-time property availability, we alleviate the pain points associated with traditional showcasing methods, empowering real estate professionals to enhance their sales strategies effectively.

              Thotla Vineel: In my leisure time, I indulge in the exhilarating sport of badminton, finding both relaxation and physical activity.
