TheCconnects: Who has influenced you more in your life and why?

Hima Bindu Danthuri: My upbringing helped me a lot in taking independent decisions, which is one of the key skills every entrepreneur should have.

TheCconnects: What lessons you have learned from your professional journey?

Hima Bindu Danthuri: I supported my Mentor in setting up a business from scratch and taking it all the way top. This experience made me realize my skills, capabilities, and shortcomings as well. From here it took me 2 years to set up my own venture Kethi Goat Pvt Ltd.

TheCconnects: What do you see as the biggest challenge for brands in the digital space?

Hima Bindu Danthuri: Branding – Companies having funds can invest in branding, but the question is how much impact it is creating on the consumers. And at the same time, the question is what is the competitive edge they have over other companies.

TheCconnects: How your product/solution can help to resolve the pain points of your customers?

Hima Bindu Danthuri: The goat meat industry is an untapped and unorganized market with no pricing mechanisms, which results in a lack of price control. In the unorganized sector, pricing may be on the lower side but quality and hygiene are questionable, whereas in branded outlets quality and hygiene is better, but its price is at 10-20% more than normal market prices.

Kethi Goat is set up to bridge this gap, we give a feel-good experience to the customer with quality meat supply at a reasonable price.

TheCconnects: Do you have any advice for those who want to become CEO

Hima Bindu Danthuri: One cannot be a successful CEO/Founder overnight. A person should be connected with market realities and understand work done at all levels of the organization so that he/she can be a good leader rather than a Boss. This is my Mantra for success.
