Nekkanti Venkatesh – Founder & Managing Director at Radeontech Exclusive interview

TheCconnects: Can you tell our readers a little about your professional journey and how you came to your current role/position?

Nekkanti Venkatesh: My journey began in the village of Yerramillipadu, Andhra Pradesh, where resilience and curiosity became my foundation. After completing my BTech in Mechanical Engineering from KL University and an MTech in Thermal Engineering from JNTUK, I started as an engineer at MEIL Group. This role honed my technical skills, but I soon realized my passion lay in empowering others. Transitioning to Byju’s as an Academic Counselor allowed me to refine my mentorship abilities, which became the catalyst for founding Radeontech. Today, as CEO of Radeon Group, I lead a multi-dimensional organization dedicated to transforming education, career guidance, agritech, and digital solutions—turning challenges into opportunities for communities across India.

TheCconnects: Who has influenced you the most in life and why?

Nekkanti Venkatesh: My greatest influences stem from my roots. Growing up in a small village, I witnessed firsthand the gaps in education and resource accessibility. This inspired me to bridge these divides through technology and innovation. My parents instilled in me the value of perseverance, while my mentors at Byju’s taught me the power of personalized guidance. Above all, the resilience of farmers and students I work with continually motivates me to push boundaries and create scalable solutions.

TheCconnects: What are the biggest challenges you have faced in your life, and how did you overcome them?

Nekkanti Venkatesh: One of the toughest challenges was transitioning from engineering to entrepreneurship. Starting Radeontech required not just technical expertise but also strategic vision and resourcefulness. Limited infrastructure in rural areas and skepticism around new technologies like DMIT tests were hurdles. I overcame these by leveraging my technical background, collaborating with experts, and focusing on measurable impact. Every challenge became a lesson in adaptability, reinforcing the importance of staying mission-driven.

TheCconnects: What lessons have you learned from your professional career?

Nekkanti Venkatesh: First, personalization is key—whether in career counselling or agritech, tailored solutions drive success. Second, technology must serve humanity, not replace it. Third, resilience and adaptability are non-negotiable in a fast-evolving market. Finally, mentorship can unlock potential—both for individuals and organizations. These principles guide Radeon Group’s vision to create sustainable, community-centric growth.

TheCconnects: What do you see as the biggest challenge for brands in the digital space?

Nekkanti Venkatesh: The rapid pace of technological change demands constant innovation while maintaining trust. Brands must balance adopting tools like AI and data analytics with ethical practices, especially in sectors like education and agriculture where stakeholders may be digitally underserved. Additionally, cutting through the noise of a saturated market requires authenticity—solutions must address real pain points, not just chase trends.

TheCconnects: How does your product/solution address the pain points of your customers?

Nekkanti Venkatesh:

  • Radeontech’s Psychometric and DMIT software replaces generic counselling with personalized career mapping, aligning individual strengths with market demands.
  • Tech4Farm.com equips farmers with IoT-driven tools to boost yield and reduce waste, addressing agricultural inefficiency.
  • Radeonjobs.com bridges the gap between skilled talent and employers through AI-driven matchmaking.
  • Radeondigital.com enables institutions to digitize operations seamlessly, fostering scalability.
Each vertical tackles sector-specific challenges by merging innovation with practicality.

TheCconnects: What do you do in your free time?

Nekkanti Venkatesh: I prioritize learning—whether exploring emerging tech trends or reading about sustainable agriculture. Mentoring young entrepreneurs through Radeon Business Budz is both a passion and a responsibility. I also enjoy spending time with my family, grounding me in the values that drive my work.

TheCconnects: Do you have any advice for aspiring entrepreneurs or C-Suite executives?

Nekkanti Venkatesh: Stay rooted in purpose. Innovation thrives when solving real problems. Build teams that share your vision, and never underestimate the power of mentorship. Embrace failure as feedback, and remember: scalability without sustainability is short-lived. Most importantly, measure success not just by profit, but by the lives you impact. As I often say, “Education is not about acquiring knowledge; it’s about discovering true potential.” Let that discovery guide your journey.
