Vinay Kumar Tripathi: My journey in the IT industry spans over 16 years, covering diverse domains and multiple geographies, including the USA and the UK. I started as a Test Engineer at Zed-Axis Technologies and later moved to companies like Chetu, HCL, and Shree Infosoft before stepping into leadership roles. My time at HCL was particularly transformative, as I spent nearly a decade refining my expertise in automation frameworks, delivery management, and Agile methodologies. Over time, I transitioned into project management, coaching teams, and driving digital transformation initiatives.
Today, as an Associate Director of Development, my focus is on Generative AI, automation, and AI-driven business solutions. My role allows me to bridge the gap between technology and business strategy, ensuring seamless adoption of AI innovations in enterprise environments.

Vinay Kumar Tripathi: I’ve had multiple influences throughout my career.
