She also earned her Master of Business Administration from Liverpool John Moores University, UK. My father, Dr. N S Rajendran, taught me the importance of resilience and meticulous planning—qualities that are essential for success in any field. My uncle, Dr. C N Rajadurai, instilled in me the art of living a meaningful life and serving the community, emphasizing the value of giving back. Lastly, my grandfather, Mr. Narayana Perumal Nadar, inspired me to be courageous and transform setbacks into opportunities. Ms. Aswini Priyanka Rajendran: One of the biggest challenges I have faced is the fear of failure. Many people hesitate to take risks due to potential setbacks, but I have learned to embrace failure as a learning opportunity and cultivate a growth mindset. Time management has also been a challenge, as balancing multiple responsibilities can be overwhelming. By prioritizing tasks, setting deadlines, and using productivity techniques like the Pomodoro method, I have been able to manage my time effectively. Additionally, managing stress and avoiding burnout has been crucial. Constantly pushing without breaks can be exhausting, so I have learned to set boundaries, practice mindfulness, and prioritize self-care to maintain a healthy work-life balance.
