I pursued an MBA in Marketing from PSIT Kanpur, which laid the strategic foundation for my career. Aastik: Without a doubt, my biggest inspiration has been Ratan Tata. His leadership style, grounded in ethical practices and a genuine commitment to societal impact, resonated with me deeply. Ratan Tata has shown that true success isn’t measured solely by financial gains but by how businesses contribute positively to society. His journey taught me the importance of integrity, humility, and innovation. These lessons have been the bedrock of my approach at Techizons, where we strive to balance profitability with purpose.

Aastik: Entering the tech arena, especially with the rapid pace at which it evolves, came with significant challenges. In the early days, establishing credibility was a steep climb. We were competing with well-established firms that had been in the market for years. Convincing potential clients to trust a newcomer was not easy. I tackled these challenges by focusing relentlessly on quality. Instead of trying to be everything for everyone, we dedicated ourselves to understanding our clients’ unique needs. We delivered tailored solutions, be it in web design, software development, or digital marketing, that addressed specific pain points. Building long-term relationships, maintaining transparency, and ensuring consistent results were critical.
