TheCconnects: Can you tell our readers a little about your professional journey & how did you come to your current role/position?
Jaypanee Singh Rajpoot: I am Jaypanee Singh Rajpoot. I am co-founder at Srishta technology. I had my Engineering from NRI College/ RGPV University Bhopal. After completing my college I joined a startup company and experienced a bad work culture so I decided to create my own space.
Fortunately, I met my friend Mr. Abhinav Bhurji and Abhishek with the same passion and spark to do something by own. Our Dream was same to make a company where we can provide easy and cost-effective solutions and a safe environment to work in. In 2014 we found Srishta Technology. Srishta Technology is the fastest-growing web & mobile app development company in India serving clients internationally all over the world.
We provide qualitative, trusted, reliable, and affordable App development and software services to industries across the globe. We are a one-stop digital solution provider where we deliver end-to-end solutions from requirement gathering to branding and marketing.
We specialized in Mobile Application development, Web application development, custom software & UI/UX design, enterprise digital transformation, product development, IoT, and digital marketing.
We have bootstrapped Srishta Technology with zero funding. Our Few of apps have millions of users like CMM Launcher. This app crossed 10 million Installs without any single penny investment in marketing. CMM Launcher is now a big brand and the reason behind this is that we believe in providing quality solutions and services.
I tried my best to gain skills throughout my life and believe in the ‘If others can do then why not me’ attitude. And this is something that helps me to grow. I developed a passion for entrepreneurship being new in the industry with the help of making a great circle of knowledgeable people.
Now we are helping small Female entrepreneurs who want to bring their products and service digitally, we are helping them for free. Till now I have helped 10+ women to raise and sustain their business with the help of technology and social media. The purpose of helping them for free is that contribution towards our economy and can create a safe place to work for the women workforce.
TheCconnects: Who has influenced you the most in life and why?
Jaypanee Singh Rajpoot: I am a self-motivated person but mostly I am influenced by Mr. Ratan Tata Sir. He Is my inspiration and I have learned so many things from him like compassion and helping others attitude.
TheCconnects: What are the biggest challenges you have faced in your life & how did you overcome them?
Jaypanee Singh Rajpoot: I come from a very small town Ajaigarh, Panna ( M.p). I was the first girl in my society who was studying outside from home. Convincing my family was the hardest thing for me even for basic rights. Still, my battle is going on. Still, I am facing so much criticism, and rumors while chasing my dreams.
Being a girl breaking stereotypes is very challenging but this is what pushed me to do something in life. I firmly believe that whatever problem you face in life it has a purpose. It has something good for you. It has a reason for happening. The universe tries to teach you for your betterment. We just have to sense it, recognise it. Once you get it you will start taking every challenge, every problem in a positive way.
When it comes to professional challenges, I think Self-funded startups always have to go through several challenges. However, those challenges motivate us to do better. The most challenging part is maintaining operational expenditure, especially when there is no backing support. When the vision is strong and willing to do something that can help others then these challenges will look small or manageable.
TheCconnects: What lessons you have learned from your professional career?
Jaypanee Singh Rajpoot: The hiring process is really difficult especially when you are starting a startup. This is not a one-time effort. It is a full-time job. We all hear and watch news about unemployment but hiring a smart developer requires so much effort and difficult to convince them to make trust in the company. I have learned that to achieve targets constant study, observations, and research are required.
TheCconnects: What do you see as the biggest challenge for brands in the digital space?
Jaypanee Singh Rajpoot: Some business owners have perceptions that money is everything for branding, but the right campaign, the right method, and the right strategy help brands to gain more users and built a valued name. Though reaching the right audience at the right time with relevant content is still a huge challenge for brands in the digital space.

Jaypanee Singh Rajpoot: In India back in 2012, affordable software solution was the problem where any individual can take and leverage the use of technology and can implement it for their businesses, Therefore Srishta Technology brought this solution for every individual. We are providing easy and cost-effective solutions.

Jaypanee Singh Rajpoot: Instead of carrying this fascinating Title CEO, we need to work hard even 10x more than your team. If you are ready for it, you can do it.

Jaypanee Singh Rajpoot: If you can work on a single thing all your entire life just because your parents said to you to follow. Suppose you decide your own path and goals and you do apply an equal amount of focus, dedication, and energy to your dreams. You will be shocked to see the results, you just have to take one bold decision and later every decision of yours will be strong and bold.
