Krishna Chaitanya Divvela – Founder and CEO atVollo Exclusive Interview

TheCconnects: Can you tell our readers a little about your professional journey & how you came to your current role/position?

Krishna Chaitanya Divvela: Sure! I started with a basic love for technology—just a curious kid fascinated by computers and gadgets. That curiosity grew into a career in software, data, and eventually all kinds of tech. Over the years, I noticed a lot of businesses struggling to adopt new technologies like AI and IoT, so I founded Vollo Inc. to help bridge that gap. Today, my role is about making tech accessible, whether it’s through AI, mobile apps, or cloud solutions, so that businesses can focus on what they do best without getting bogged down by complex technology.

TheCconnects: Who has influenced you the most in life and why?

Krishna Chaitanya Divvela: I’d say a mix of tech pioneers and my family. I’ve always admired people who aren’t afraid to think big and disrupt industries, which has inspired me to do the same with Vollo. On the personal side, my family taught me the value of integrity and hard work—qualities that have kept me grounded, especially in the unpredictable tech world. It’s been invaluable to have that support as I’ve worked to build a company that combines a variety of services like cybersecurity, data analytics, and even AR/VR.

TheCconnects: What are the biggest challenges you have faced in your life & how did you overcome them?

Krishna Chaitanya Divvela: Starting Vollo was definitely a big challenge—there’s so much you need to figure out, from building the right team to staying updated on the latest in tech. And of course, there’s the constant pressure to deliver value in a crowded market. We got through these challenges by focusing on what our clients really need and making sure we have the skills to deliver. Now, we cover everything from custom software to blockchain to IoT, which helps us adapt and offer solutions for nearly any problem a client brings to us.

TheCconnects: What lessons have you learned from your professional career?

Krishna Chaitanya Divvela: Stay flexible and never stop learning. Technology changes fast, and if you’re not learning, you’re falling behind. Working with clients has taught me the importance of reliability—people come to us for solutions they can trust. That’s why we focus on quality across all our services, like AI, DevOps, and machine learning. Another key lesson? Build relationships. It’s not just about delivering a product; it’s about building partnerships that last.

TheCconnects: What do you see as the biggest challenge for brands in the digital space?

Krishna Chaitanya Divvela: Keeping up with change while staying authentic is a tough balance. Tech is constantly evolving, and customers expect a seamless experience. Brands need to leverage tools like AI for personalization or strengthen their online security, but they also need to stay true to their core message. At Vollo, we help brands navigate these changes with services like cybersecurity, data analytics, and even digital experiences using AR/VR, helping them connect with customers without losing sight of who they are.

TheCconnects: How does your product/solution help resolve the pain points of your customers?

Krishna Chaitanya Divvela: Our solutions are built to make life easier for businesses. For example, our custom software helps companies streamline their processes, while data analytics gives them insights they can actually use. We also offer RPA to automate repetitive tasks, freeing up employees to focus on strategic work. And with our cybersecurity and blockchain services, we help clients protect their data and build trust with their customers. Basically, we tackle the tech so our clients can focus on growing their business.

TheCconnects: What do you do in your free time?

Krishna Chaitanya Divvela: I’m a big gamer! It’s a fun way to unwind and, honestly, keeps me sharp on user experience trends. My love for gaming actually influenced us to explore game development as a service. Aside from that, I enjoy keeping up with the latest in tech and brainstorming ideas for new services we could offer. It’s nice to have the freedom to think creatively, whether it’s about adding a new AI service or exploring something unexpected.

TheCconnects: Do you have any advice for those who want to be an entrepreneur/C-Suite Executive?

Krishna Chaitanya Divvela: Start with a vision, but be ready to pivot. Things don’t always go as planned, especially in tech, so it’s essential to stay adaptable. Building a strong team is key; at Vollo, I’ve been lucky to work with experts in everything from UX design to big data. Also, listen to your customers—your job is to solve their problems, whether that means building a chatbot, deploying cloud solutions, or setting up a blockchain infrastructure. Finally, never lose the drive to innovate. Tech moves fast, so always be on the lookout for what’s next.
