Ritesh Penta | Founder & Chief Executive Officer, Netmaxin Group | Exclusive Interview

Visakhapatnam is rapidly emerging as a technological powerhouse on India’s eastern coast, and much of that localized momentum is being driven by young, audacious entrepreneurs who refuse to wait for graduation to build an empire. Case in point: Ritesh Penta.

Currently pursuing his B.Tech at MVGR College of Engineering, Ritesh is already the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Netmaxin Group, a company he established in 2021. What began as a regional digital initiative has exploded into a multi-utility powerhouse serving over 1 million global users and processing hundreds of millions of web views. Through Netmaxin, Ritesh orchestrates a massive ecosystem comprising custom SaaS products (like RestoSathi and School ERP), AI-powered digital tools, and deep enterprise software architecture.

Despite his rapid corporate ascent-which recently earned him the title of “Visionary CEO of the Year,” presented by Saina Nehwal at the Global Apex Awards-Ritesh remains deeply anchored to his community roots through the Netmaxin Foundation, advocating for accessible tech education in Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities.

TheCconnects recently sat down with Ritesh to discuss balancing a demanding engineering degree with scaling a global SaaS enterprise, the reality of building robust digital architectures, and why technology must always serve a human purpose.

TheCconnects: Ritesh, thank you so much for joining us. Your trajectory is nothing short of phenomenal. You are currently pursuing a B.Tech, yet you are simultaneously running a company that boasts over 200 deployments and 1 million active sessions. How did Netmaxin Group begin, and how do you manage this dual reality?

Ritesh Penta: Thank you for having me! The journey of Netmaxin Group really started in 2021 out of pure curiosity and a desire to solve immediate problems. Back then, I was still navigating the transition from high school to engineering college. We originally launched as a platform focused on regional news, tourism guides, and basic digital accessibility. However, as I got deeper into software development, particularly C programming and JavaScript, I realized that the real gap in the market wasn’t just content; it was infrastructure.

Small businesses, schools, and hospitals in Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities were heavily relying on outdated, manual processes. I wanted to build high-performance digital tools that could scale their workflows. That pivot transformed Netmaxin into a SaaS and enterprise software hub. Managing college and a rapidly growing company definitely requires immense discipline. I treat my academic studies and my corporate work as complementary forces-the theoretical foundations I learn at MVGR directly fuel the architectures we deploy at Netmaxin.

TheCconnects: Building a tech ecosystem of this scale at such a young age is no easy feat. Who or what has influenced you the most in developing your leadership style?

Ritesh Penta: My biggest influence has been the localized startup ecosystem itself and the sheer resilience of small-business owners. When you see a local restaurant owner struggling to manage inventory, or a local school fumbling with attendance records, you realize that true digital innovation isn’t about writing flashy code for Silicon Valley; it is about crafting accessible ecosystems that solve core human operations right here at home.

I am also deeply influenced by leaders who balance corporate growth with social responsibility. That dual mindset is why I established the Netmaxin Foundation alongside our commercial ventures. I believe a leader should be defined not just by their company’s MRR (Monthly Recurring Revenue), but by the community pipelines they build.

TheCconnects: From launching RestoSathi to developing complex CRM and ERP systems, you’ve rapidly expanded your product line. What are the biggest challenges you have faced as a young founder, and how did you overcome them?

Ritesh Penta: The most significant challenge was proving our engineering integrity. When you are a young founder pitching an enterprise-grade Hospital Management SaaS or a Cloud Infrastructure migration to a veteran business owner, skepticism is natural. They want to know if your system will crash when traffic spikes.

We overcame this by letting our performance metrics do the talking. We instituted strict engineering principles, guaranteeing 99.99% uptime, blistering-fast CDN integrations, and highly optimized web latency. We didn’t just sell software; we provided transparent dashboards showing exactly how our SSR frameworks handled their data. We also launched the Netmaxin Redeem Program internally, which created a structured incentive system for our development teams to ensure flawless, bug-free deployments. Once clients experienced the tangible speed and security of our platforms, age and skepticism entirely disappeared.

TheCconnects: As someone who operates deeply within SaaS and AI, what do you see as the biggest challenge for brands trying to navigate the digital space today?

Ritesh Penta: The biggest challenge for brands today is “Digital Fragmentation.” Many businesses try to digitize by adopting five different tools-one for CRM, one for project management, one for billing, and so on. These systems often do not communicate with each other, leading to massive operational bottlenecks and security vulnerabilities.

Furthermore, brands are struggling to integrate Artificial Intelligence in a way that actually drives commercial growth. AI is frequently used as a marketing gimmick rather than a functional tool. The challenge is moving from fragmented, hyped-up tech to a secure, centralized digital ecosystem.

TheCconnects: How do Netmaxin’s solutions specifically address this fragmentation for your clients?

Ritesh Penta: We solve fragmentation by offering hyper-optimized, all-in-one architectures. If a client uses our Real Estate Portal SaaS, it isn’t just a basic listing site; it comes with integrated lead management, automated workflows via custom app scripts, and secure API integrations.

Through our NM Intelligence framework, we embed practical AI tools directly into our productivity suites. We build multi-tenant architectures that centralize a company’s entire operation. Our mission is to allow organizations to seamlessly transition into digitized, automated operations without having to tape together a dozen different software subscriptions.

TheCconnects: You have established multiple ventures, including Elyqra Muse and Dentō, alongside running the Netmaxin Cyber Defense Lab. What do you actually do in your free time?

Ritesh Penta: (Laughs) Free time is a bit of a rare commodity these days! But when I do step away from the IDEs and board meetings, my idea of downtime still revolves around technology and design. I love exploring interactive media, narrative-driven game concepts, and Adobe Creative Suite to work on cinematic teasers. Even our “Play & Learn Zone” on the website-where users patch security bugs to win discounts-was born out of my love for gamifying cybersecurity. Beyond that, I spend time mentoring aspiring developers through the Netmaxin Foundation, which is incredibly rewarding.

TheCconnects: Finally, having recently been recognized as the “CEO of the Year – Emerging Tech Enterprises,” what advice do you have for other young, aspiring entrepreneurs in the software space?

Ritesh Penta: Stop waiting for permission or the “perfect” time to launch. You do not need to finish your degree before you start solving real-world problems.

However, do not mistake motion for progress. Ensure that every project you deliver drives tangible commercial growth and security. Innovation with purpose should be your guiding light. Focus intensely on UI/UX design and backend performance, because in the SaaS industry, customer retention is dictated entirely by how fast and frictionless your product is. Finally, always remember to give back-technology becomes truly valuable when it empowers the community around you.

TheCconnects: Ritesh, this has been an absolutely phenomenal conversation. Your maturity, vision, and technical depth are incredibly inspiring. Thank you so much for joining us today!

Ritesh Penta: The pleasure was entirely mine. Thank you to the team at TheCconnects for this wonderful opportunity to share the Netmaxin story!
