TheCconnects: Can you tell our readers a little about your professional journey & how did you come to your current role/position?

Shubham Vikas Agrawal: It was with a vision to establish digital presence for many businesses in a small Maharashtrian village Solapur, that Shubham Agrawal, a passionate professional came up with the idea of establishing Agrawal Technologies, a next-generation technology company that helps enterprises reimagine their businesses for the digital age.

TheCconnects: Who has influenced you the most in life and why?

Shubham Vikas Agrawal: Steve Jobs, for his attention to detail in technologies, design and user interactions to out of the box innovations, Ratan Tata – for country first approach and hard work.

TheCconnects: What are the biggest challenges you have faced in your life & how did you overcome them?

Shubham Vikas Agrawal: I started my business at a very young age, so it was sometimes difficult to convince people to give us the projects and opportunities. I did a lot of initial work below the market prices and built a strong and impressive portfolio of work and thus ensured the trust of the clients.

TheCconnects: What lessons you have learned from your professional career?

Shubham Vikas Agrawal: There is stronger competition in our work field than in any other business. Rather than competing with others, Agrawal Technologies constantly competes with itself and strives to provide more quality work every time and maintain round-the-year innovation.

TheCconnects: What do you see as the biggest challenge for brands in the digital space?

Shubham Vikas Agrawal: The digital space is an ever changing world where brands are made and broken everyday. Keeping your brand relevant and aligning your brand and marketing strategies with all new tools, platforms and trends is a very difficult and tiring process. This is what makes it exciting and difficult at the same time.

TheCconnects: How your product/solution can help to resolve the pain points of your customers?

Shubham Vikas Agrawal: The lack of trustworthy and innovative digital marketing agencies, local website development companies and graphics designing companies was lacking in the market, we understood the market and brought innovative ideas and trends from outside India markets and metro cities to our clients, thus helping in building a nation wide brand, rather than local.

TheCconnects: What do you do in your free time?

Shubham Vikas Agrawal: I do sketching, travel to old ancient temples and forts and watch documentaries and geopolitics content in my free time.

TheCconnects: Do you have any advice for those who want to be an entrepreneur/chief officer?

Shubham Vikas Agrawal: Passion is the fuel that keeps a person going when the goals get tough. Being an entrepreneur is very tough, it may look glamorous but it is very hard if you are not clear about the sacrifices and challenges you have to face. Love what you do is a myth, yes sure I love graphics designing but it’s not the only thing I have to do here, I have to do sales, marketing, managing a team, managing and convincing clients, etc which I don’t like at all. So be careful about your decisions.
