TheCconnects: Anchal Puri, thank you for joining us today. To start off, can you share a bit about your professional journey and what inspired you to establish Taazatalks?
Anchal Puri: Thank you for having me. My journey has been quite interesting and full of learning experiences. I started my career in the media and entertainment industry, where I got a chance to work closely with different brands, leaders, and creative minds. While working in the industry, I realized there was a gap in giving a platform to emerging entrepreneurs, leaders, and changemakers to share their inspiring stories.
This realization led me to establish Taazatalks, a platform dedicated to amplifying the voices of leaders, business owners, and innovators. The mission was simple, to create a space where impactful conversations could happen, where people could learn from real-life experiences, and where we could connect brilliant minds.
Over the years, we expanded our scope to also promote women entrepreneurs, industry experts, and thought leaders through our online magazine, podcasts, events, and networking opportunities. Today, Taazatalks has become a recognized platform that not only shares inspiring stories but also fosters professional growth and community building.
TheCconnects: That’s truly inspiring! Was there any particular moment or person that influenced you the most on this journey?
Anchal Puri: Absolutely! I would say my biggest influence has been my mother. She has always been a strong, independent, and visionary woman who taught me the importance of perseverance and believing in oneself. I watched her manage family, career, and social work with such grace and determination.
Her strength gave me the confidence to dream big and work towards my goals. And in the professional sphere, I have been fortunate to interact with and learn from many industry leaders, entrepreneurs, and creators. Every interaction adds a new perspective and enriches my learning.

TheCconnects: Building something as impactful as Taazatalks surely came with its set of challenges. What were some of the biggest challenges you faced, and how did you overcome them?
Anchal Puri: Oh, absolutely! One of the major challenges was establishing credibility in a highly competitive space. When we started Taazatalks, there were already many established platforms, and breaking through the noise was not easy.
The second challenge was building a strong network of entrepreneurs, leaders, and industry experts who would be willing to share their stories. Initially, getting high-profile leaders to participate in our podcast and events was tough, but consistency and authenticity helped us win their trust over time.
I think the key to overcoming any challenge is staying consistent, being clear about your vision, and never compromising on quality. Today, I am proud that Taazatalks has grown to become a recognized platform, and our content continues to inspire thousands of people.
TheCconnects: What are some key lessons you have learned from your professional journey that aspiring entrepreneurs should know?
Anchal Puri: That’s a great question. I would say there are five key lessons that have shaped my journey:
- Stay Authentic: Always stay true to your vision and purpose. When you build something genuine, people will connect with it.
- Consistency is Key: Success doesn’t happen overnight. You need to show up every day, keep improving, and stay consistent with your work.
- Build Meaningful Relationships: Networking is extremely powerful. The more meaningful connections you build, the higher your chances of growing.
- Embrace Failure: Every failure is a learning experience. It’s important to learn, adapt, and keep moving forward.
- Give Back: Always find a way to contribute to the community or industry that helped you grow. This could be through mentorship, content, or any other form of support.
TheCconnects: With the rapid growth of the digital space, what do you think is the biggest challenge brands face today?
Anchal Puri: The biggest challenge, without a doubt, is standing out in the clutter. Today, every brand is fighting for attention, whether it’s through social media, content, or advertising. The market is saturated, and capturing the audience’s attention has become increasingly difficult.
Another challenge is building trust. Consumers today are smarter and more informed. They are no longer influenced by traditional marketing tactics. Brands that succeed are the ones that can build genuine, long-term relationships with their customers.
That’s why storytelling and authenticity have become so crucial. People don’t just buy products anymore; they buy the story, the mission, and the vision behind the brand. Brands that master this will always stay ahead.
TheCconnects: Very insightful! How does Taazatalks contribute to solving these challenges for brands and entrepreneurs?
Anchal Puri: That’s a great question. At Taazatalks, our mission is to amplify the voices of changemakers and entrepreneurs. We do this through:
- Podcasts and Interviews: We bring in industry leaders, entrepreneurs, and experts to share their stories, insights, and experiences. This not only helps the featured guests but also provides valuable learning to our audience.
- Online Business Magazine: We actively cover success stories, business journeys, and leadership insights in our online magazine. This helps brands gain more visibility and credibility.
- Networking Events: We organize events where entrepreneurs and leaders can connect, collaborate, and create new opportunities.
- Women Empowerment: One of our core missions is to promote women entrepreneurs and leaders. We have dedicated segments where we share inspiring stories of women breaking barriers.
All of this contributes to creating a stronger, more connected business ecosystem where brands and entrepreneurs can thrive.
TheCconnects: Apart from work, what do you enjoy doing in your free time?
Anchal Puri: I love traveling and exploring new cultures. Traveling opens up my mind and gives me fresh perspectives, which in turn helps me in my professional work. I am also very passionate about reading self-development and leadership books.
And of course, I spend a lot of my time interacting with entrepreneurs and leaders. It’s something I genuinely enjoy because every conversation teaches me something new.
TheCconnects: What advice would you give to young entrepreneurs or individuals looking to start their journey in the media and business space?
Anchal Puri: My advice would be:
- Start Now: Don’t wait for the perfect time or the perfect plan. Just start with what you have and refine along the way.
- Build Your Network: Surround yourself with people who inspire you, mentor you, and push you to grow.
- Focus on Value, Not Noise: In a world flooded with content, the only thing that will set you apart is the value you provide. Always prioritize creating value for your audience.
- Stay Resilient: There will be challenges, setbacks, and failures, but resilience is what will keep you moving forward.
- Keep Learning: The digital landscape is constantly evolving. The moment you stop learning is the moment you start falling behind. Stay curious and always be willing to adapt.

TheCconnects: Lastly, where do you see Taazatalks in the next 5 years?
Anchal Puri: That’s an exciting question! In the next five years, I see Taazatalks evolving into a global platform for impactful storytelling, business networking, and professional growth.
We want to create more opportunities for emerging entrepreneurs, expand our media reach, and host large-scale events and summits to connect changemakers from all over the world. Our goal is to make Taazatalks a platform that transforms stories into opportunities for millions of people.
TheCconnects: Anchal, this has been an incredibly insightful conversation. Thank you for sharing your journey and valuable insights. We wish you and Taazatalks continued success!
Anchal Puri: Thank you so much! I truly appreciate this opportunity to share my story. I hope it inspires others to take bold steps, chase their dreams, and create something meaningful.
