Kiranmai Tetakayala: Started my journey with a passion for fitness and health, which led me to pursue certifications in nutrition, fitness, and yoga through a Yoga diploma, ISSA, Precision Nutrition Level 1, and K11. Over the years, I’ve guided more than 200 clients in achieving goals such as diabetes reversal, fat loss, and muscle gain. As the CEO and founder of Healthyfuel, I focus on creating sustainable, personalized fitness solutions for my clients. My mission is not just to help people lose weight but to make health and fitness a lifestyle that delivers long-term benefits.

Kiranmai Tetakayala: One of my biggest influences has been my clients. Their resilience, dedication, and trust inspire me every day. Seeing them transform their lives motivates me to continuously learn and improve. On a personal note, my mother has been a source of constant support, encouraging me to pursue my goals and make a positive impact on others’ lives.

Kiranmai Tetakayala: Balancing my professional ambitions with personal commitments has been one of my biggest challenges, especially during the initial phases of launching Healthyfuel. I overcame it by prioritizing time management and building a support system, both at home and at work. Another challenge was breaking through misconceptions around nutrition and fitness, which I addressed by educating my clients with science-based approaches and consistent communication.
