TheCconnects: Can you tell our readers a little about your professional journey & how did you come to your current role/position?
Vinod Kumar P: Started career as a freelance web designer while pursuing my graduation started too early by the time I completed my BTech I was an experienced resource for IT companies, I worked with Telecom company Airtel as a channel partner and I also worked with American power conversion as a hardware vendor my last job was with Insurance Giant LIC LifePlus worked as Head HR Manager. With this diversified experience in IT,TELECOM, ELECTRONICS, and INSURANCE industries, I started My own IT product development company Opencube Technologies Pvt Ltd, Heading now as a CEO & founder of the company along with 2 other companies srestatyu ayur pvt ltd and startup house pvt ltd
TheCconnects: Who has influenced you the most in life and why?
Vinod Kumar P: I like every successful Businessman who has reached peaks of success from nowhere, who started from scratch, and who reached success. Many people influenced me at different stages of my life. One constant influencer is my father, he started from zero from nowhere, he had no support, no experience, and no education, but grew so well and became a business tycoon in the fruits industry that his name is a brand in the market. He is my all-time inspiration.
TheCconnects: What are the biggest challenges you have faced in your life & how did you overcome them?
Vinod Kumar P: Every day is a challenge for a startup, what I learned from my experience is no startup company dies with a lack of money or because of any challenges, startup companies die only because of a lack of confidence. Maintaining the same confidence levels in me and in my team is the only challenge I have, and I am able to manage my team with a transparent structure.
TheCconnects: What lessons you have learned from your professional career?

TheCconnects: What do you see as the biggest challenge for brands in the digital space?
Vinod Kumar P: The biggest challenge for brands these days is marketing funds, no matter how good is your product, you can hit the market only if you can spend a decent amount of funds on marketing and you have to have a wide presence in the digital world.
TheCconnects: How your product/solution can help to resolve the pain points of your customers?
Vinod Kumar P: Every product we developed to date is one of its kind in the market and they directly reached the customers, Currently, we are working GOLD ATM’s. These are coming to the Indian market for the 1st time. Where the public can buy gold on the streets with ease.
TheCconnects: Do you have any advice for those who want to become a chief executive officer?
Vinod Kumar P: CEO must be self-driven and should not depend on anything or anyone. He or she has to handle any situation in the company with a smile and with ease.
CEOs are those who don’t require any motivation or external sources to work my only suggestion if any CEO seeking motivation to work, they can resign from their CEO position.
