P Sarras Chandra Kumar – Founder and CEO at PixeLifeServices Exclusive Interview

TheCconnects: Can you tell our readers a little about your professional journey and how you came to your current role/position?

P Sarras Chandra Kumar: Well, it starts with our dream of having our own venture. I & Paritosh come from the corporate background wherein we used to live the life of paycheck to paycheck. A daily grind between the dreams of others would give us living but no life. We were wandering for the fulfillment and significance in daily life however we never got it.

We drew the inspiration from Sir Ratan Tata. His vision to transform India has changed our way of thinking and planted a seed in our spirit to commence our entrepreneurial journey.

During my hussle of escaping the 9-5 mundane life, I started exploring various options wherein I could create my own dream life. With this motive, I started my own franchise called “tasteTEA” in Hyderabad in 2021. However, I experienced multiple hiccups in this journey due to lack of full- fledged business knowledge. Even though the franchise was very successful but I couldn’t scale it up due to lack of funds and inadequate support I needed to make it happen.

In such situation I needed the mentorship to grow myself as an entrepreneur as well as my business. During this time I came across a mentorship program called “Passionpreneur”. Under the mentorship and able guidance of Mr. Dev Gadhvi – India’s first Passionpreneur mentor, I began to learn all the essential skills viz. Sales, marketing, business development, etc. and started growing my business knowledge which I was seeking for long time. I realized that my biggest strength was designing & IT services.

While walking on the path and connecting the missing dots, I found that I could create a perfect blend of my rich past experience in IT industry and my core strength of designing to launch an efficient digital automation platform.

I met Paritosh during this program and we collaborated being like-minded Passionpreneur mentees. We got the purpose of our business, Vision, Mission & goals. We got the direction to visualize through our dreams and serve the people to create long lasting impact through our dedicated work.

We had a passion for technology, Artificial Intelligence and love for innovation & creativity. And that’s how we started our own venture called “PixeLifeServices” in 2023 – an AI driven digital marketing agency with a mission to help 1 Million startups & growing businesses with the aid of our digital marketing services. Our success mantra is – “Think Digital, Grow Global”.

We’ve served many businesses & individuals through our passionate work since we embarked on our journey. Currently, we are working on our vision of launching a digital platform which is capable of automating the end to end digital marketing operations for the businesses.

TheCconnects: Who has influenced you the most in life and why?

P Sarras Chandra Kumar: Sir. Ratan Tata is our biggest inspiration. There is a reason to believe that he can create many successful entrepreneurs worldwide through his motivational journey. He is a visionary leader and the way he expresses his vision to portray India in the world economy has inspired Indian Youth like us to take the leap of faith into entrepreneurship.

Our mentor Mr. Dev Gadhvi is another visionary like Sir. Ratan Tata. We could embark on entrepreneurial journey under his mentorship. We learnt about the significance of having purpose, passion, vision, mission, goals, seeing big & long term picture, and multiple skill sets through his mentorship program.

Today we are Amazon best-selling authors, keynote speakers, digital marketers who have developed the ability to impact the world through our work and vision. A journey from 9-5 job employee to award winning entrepreneurs would have never been possible without his guidance. A dream would have never been discovered without his mentorship.

TheCconnects: What are the biggest challenges you have faced in your life, and how did you overcome them?

P Sarras Chandra Kumar: The most important pillars of life are Health, Wealth & Relationships. We faced one after another challenges in all 3 areas of life. Stress, anxiety, & mental health challenges came in our life & played a bigger part during all these years.

We also dealt with financial crisis and hefty loan issues multiple times. Also we witnessed multiple hiccups in fostering relationships with our respective family members at the beginning. However we could overcome all the challenges by virtue of guidance we got in our Passionpreneur journey.

Quitting 9-5 job and taking a courageous step towards starting our own venture has never been an easy task for anyone. Same goes with us too. We had to convince them a lot, and deal with the multiple objections, concerns they threw at us. We could do this possibly because our purpose was strong enough to take our vision to next level and make it a reality. A mentor is very much important in your life and he plays a pivotal role in shaping up your life in all senses.

TheCconnects: What lessons have you learned from your professional career?

P Sarras Chandra Kumar: Well there are many and if we count, we could probably go on & on listing them. Here are few to list-

          • The easiest task in life is complaining about things but the hardest task is getting up, chasing your dreams and building the life of your dreams.
          • If you don’t build the life of your dream, somebody else will hire you to build theirs.
          • The difference between the dreams & achievement is action – it’s non-negotiable.
          • Your growth lies out of your comfort zone. What seems difficult today may become easy tomorrow. Do it anyway if you believe it’s worthy enough to take to your dreams.
          • Give yourself choices in life but certainly giving up shouldn’t be there.
          • Don’t be the victim of self-doubt, keep going, trust the process and enjoy the journey.
          • There is nothing called overnight success, success demands patience, consistent efforts & strong determination.
          • Today’s masters were once disasters – go for it, start from wherever you are, with whatever you have.

TheCconnects: What do you see as the biggest challenge for brands in the digital space?

P Sarras Chandra Kumar: Well most of the brands, even today, are operating with scarcity mindset and not from abundance mindset. They work on traditional tools and are very much reluctant to embrace the digital tools wherein AI today has become more advanced and powerful like never before.

In this ever evolving digital world, it is paramount to create your brands’ online presence. You have to be online because your customers are already online.

Most of the brands are struggling today to reach their ideal customer persona (ICP)/target audience even through holding an excellent product/service portfolio. The reason is they are unaware of the strategies to create their brands’ online presence in the digital world. That’s where effective marketing campaigns via. Copywriting & Digital Marketing come into picture.

“PixeLifeServices” is committed to help such growing brands create online presence and leave a long lasting impression in their customer’s mind. It is evident that nearing future will be of AI revolution only where not embracing the “Digital Marketing Lifestyle” for your business will no more be an option. We firmly believe in this philosophy.

TheCconnects: How does your product/solution help resolve your customers’ pain points?

P Sarras Chandra Kumar: At PixeLifeServices, we serve our clients through our unique, innovative & passionate approach to create their brands’ online presence with the aid of our digital marketing services.

Whether its performance marketing, high converting sales funnel, social media maintenance, responsive development or any other such service that helps them reach globally, generate pools of leads and scale up business, we are committed to provide them that.

We dedicatedly work with such brands, walk with them throughout their journey and bring them the best results. Not only that, we also handhold them till they get the results.

TheCconnects: What do you do in your free time?

P Sarras Chandra Kumar: That’s an interesting question which we would love to answer. Here are few things, we believe, are important and that’s what we do in our free time:

                • Read books
                • Prioritize our ME time to give ourselves a space to think through on new ideas, strategies to make our strong impact through our work
                • Watch useful videos related to our niche, new technologies, latest trends in market
                • Developing new skills – related to niche or completely new
                • Spending quality time with family

TheCconnects: Do you have any advice for those who want to become entrepreneurs or C-suite executives?

P Sarras Chandra Kumar: Yeah, of course, we would love to. Certainly, becoming an entrepreneur or C-suite executive is an amazing feeling wherein you get time freedom and financial freedom follows it. But most importantly, what we feel that, we get the space to rewire our brain and think upon the fact that how can we solve the problems for other and make this world a better place.

Believe it or not, becoming an entrepreneur is easy and difficult both at times. Difficult for them who want to run into never ending 9-5 rat race (that’s what we call to corporate zombies) and easy for them who show a small courage to take a leap of faith into entrepreneurship.

You see, we, as humans, have evolved a lot from Stone age -> land age -> Industrial age -> Information age till now. And today we are in knowledge zenith age wherein we have an easy access to all the required knowledge to start a business. There is no excuse today.

It needs a simple idea, a willingness to serve people through your work and more than that faith and courage to embrace a life of freedom to start your entrepreneurial journey. Today even a 17 year old is starting his business at such an easy age and earning millions just on the basis of a small idea he ever thought or overheard.

You see, how the world is changed, merely, in last 5 years. Perhaps, school/college graduates are opting for entrepreneurial life rather than joining 9-5 corporate force. We, entrepreneurs are the inspiration for them who dare to challenge the status-quo and create our own legacy.

We encourage to all who are passionate enough about anything, take the chance and start either freelancing, make the collaboration with other entrepreneurs or start your own venture. Have your own dreams anyway.

We could figure out below mantras to gain success in your entrepreneurial journey:

                  • Challenge yourself; if you don’t, you will never realize your true hidden potential.
                  • The only thing worse than starting something and failing… is not starting something.
                  • Never be limited by other people’s limited imaginations; you can do more than you think.
                  • You don’t know, what you don’t know – hunt it, you will get it.
                  • The way to get started is to quit talking and begin doing.
                  • Don’t ever chase “HOW” or “WHAT” instead chase “WHY” – you will get answers.
                  • Ideas are easy. Implementation is hard.
                  • It is always the start that requires the greatest effort.
                  • The most valuable thing you can make is a mistake – you can’t learn anything from being perfect.
                  • Perfection is a perception – start taking massive & imperfect but consistent actions towards making your dreams a reality.
                  • Success is not in what you have, but who you are.
