I started my career in Information Technology and have worked across various domains, specializing in project and program management. Today, as an Associate Director – PMO in an MNC, I focus on driving strategic initiatives and ensuring operational excellence. While my career path has been rewarding, it has also been filled with challenges that have shaped me into the person I am today.

TheCconnects: Who has influenced you the most in life, and why?

Personally, my parents have been my pillars of strength, instilling in me the values of hard work, resilience, and empathy. Professionally, I have been fortunate to work with inspiring leaders who have guided me to think strategically and grow as a leader.

TheCconnects:Ā Youā€™ve faced significant challenges in both your professional and personal life. What were the biggest challenges, and how did you overcome them?

Kulbhushan Chaudhary (KK): One of my toughest challenges was navigating through personal hardships, including my divorce because losing someone you truly love is never easy. It was emotionally draining, but it also pushed me to look inward and rediscover my strengths. Writing became my escape and healing process. I transformed my pain into poetry and, eventually, my book. Professionally, every major career shift came with obstacles, but embracing a problem-solving mindset and staying adaptable helped me push forward.

Kulbhushan Chaudhary (KK): Authenticity comes from writing with complete honesty. Every word in my book is a reflection of my personal experiences, emotions, and moments of vulnerability. I didnā€™t hold back. Whether itā€™s the pain of separation, the hope for new beginnings, or the silent battles we fight, I wanted my readers to feel every emotion as deeply as I did.

TheCconnects:Ā What key lessons have you learned from your professional career that also reflect in your personal life?

Kulbhushan Chaudhary (KK): Adaptability, resilience, and the importance of continuous learning. In both professional and personal life, challenges are inevitable, but how we respond to them defines us. Whether itā€™s a project deadline or an emotional setback, staying composed, finding solutions, and moving forward is key. Every fall is a lesson, every passion fuels purpose. Life and career? Two sides of the same coin. Keep learning, keep growing!

TheCconnects: With the rapid evolution of the digital space, what do you see as the biggest challenge for brands today?

TheCconnects: What do you do in your free time when you’re not leading projects or writing?

Kulbhushan Chaudhary (KK): Writing is, of course, my passion. When Iā€™m not leading projects or writing, I cherish my time with my heartbeatā€”my son, who is also my best friend. We create memories together, whether weā€™re watching movies, traveling to new places, or simply enjoying each otherā€™s company. His laughter and curiosity bring a refreshing joy to my life, making every moment special. Besides that, I love exploring new destinations and diving into stories on screen, which often inspire my own storytelling journey.

Kulbhushan Chaudhary (KK): Absolutely. The key to success lies in persistence, adaptability, and continuous learning. Whether youā€™re building a business or leading a team, focus on creating value.
