Shailendra has been part of Digital Marketing and Web Development for over a decade. Through his experience, he has developed much successful clientele for SEO and Web Development. TheCconnects: Please tell our readers a little about your professional journey & how did you come to your current role/position?
Shailendra Kadulkar: My professional journey began in 2004 when I started working as a web developer for a recognized Corporation. During my time there, I was exposed to many different aspects of digital marketing and SEO, which I quickly fell in love with. After a few years, I decided to become a freelancer and started offering my services to different clients. After a while, I noticed that many of my clients needed help to make the most out of their SEO efforts, and that’s when I decided to start Movinnza.
Movinnza started as a small SEO agency to help businesses grow their online presence. We began by offering essential SEO services such as keyword research, link building, and content optimization. Over the years, we have expanded our services to include social media marketing, PPC, and web design. We have also developed several products and solutions to help businesses optimize their SEO efforts and maximize online visibility.
Today, I am proud to say that Movinnza is one of the leading SEO agencies in India, and I am the Founder of the company.
TheCconnects: Who has influenced you the most in life and why?
Shailendra Kadulkar: My parents have been a great source of inspiration for me and have been instrumental in shaping who I am today. They have encouraged me to pursue my passions and to never give up, no matter how difficult the situation. They have also been a great source of support and have always been there for me when times have been tough.
Apart from my parents, I have also been inspired by some of the great entrepreneurs out there. People like Mark Zuckerberg, Elon Musk, and Steve Jobs have all greatly impacted my life and have taught me that it is possible to achieve great things if you are willing to put in the work. They have also shown me that it is possible to build something out of nothing and that failure is not the end but rather the beginning of something bigger and better.
TheCconnects: What are the biggest challenges you have faced in your life & how did you overcome them?
Shailendra Kadulkar: The biggest challenge I have faced is managing my time and energy. As an entrepreneur, it is easy to become overwhelmed with all the tasks and responsibilities of running a business. I have had to learn how to prioritize my tasks and find ways to stay productive and focused.
I have also had to learn how to manage my stress and anxiety, which can be difficult when you are constantly trying to balance work and life. I have found that taking regular breaks, exercising, and meditating have helped me stay focused and productive. I have also been lucky enough to have a great support system that has helped me through difficult times.

Shailendra Kadulkar: One of the most important lessons I have learned from my professional career is staying abreast of the latest trends and technologies. It is also essential to remain open to new ideas and approaches and to be willing to take risks.
I have also learned that it is essential to be persistent and never give up. I have also known the importance of having a good team that you can rely on and trust. Finally, I have also learned the importance of staying organized and having a plan for your business.

Shailendra Kadulkar: The biggest challenge for brands in the digital space is staying ahead of the competition. With so many companies vying for attention, it cannot be easy to stand out. Brands must be creative and find new ways to engage their audience and build trust. They also need to stay up-to-date with the latest digital trends and technologies and find ways to leverage them to their advantage.
Another challenge is understanding and using the right SEO strategies. SEO can be a complex and ever-changing field, so it is essential for brands to stay on top of the latest trends and developments and to find ways to remain competitive.
