Suresh Babu S: Thank you for having me; the pleasure is mine. My journey has always been rooted in a fascination with how human potential interacts with technology. During my time at Microsoft and other global organizations, I had a front-row seat to the rapid evolution of IT infrastructure and project management. However, I noticed a recurring theme: organizations were upgrading their software, but they weren’t upgrading their mindsets.

Thirteen years ago, I started One Life Academy because I realized that true high performance doesn’t come from a new tool alone; it comes from people development. As Artificial Intelligence began to shift from a buzzword to a daily business utility, I saw leaders becoming overwhelmed. They were stretched for time, striving for growth, but burning out. I transitioned into AI Business Coaching to bridge that exact gap. My goal was to take the intimidating concept of AI and turn it into a practical, everyday ally that gives leaders their lives back.

My advice is to build a business that serves your life, not the other way around. Embrace AI early, but don’t get distracted by every shiny new tool. Focus on execution excellence. Identify your biggest bottleneck, apply a simplified AI solution to it, and align your team’s strengths to manage it. If you build with balance, clarity, and purpose, sustainable success is inevitable.
